We had a few day close to 50 degrees. So I went into my 2 hives to check honey stores and to see how the bees were doing. I also removed the bottom entrane and used a stick to sweep out dead bees. I didn’t want to disturb to bees to much.

Never feed honey bees sugar water during winter it adds moisture to the hive. Moisture kills bees during winter.
