Quick and easy flourless chocolate cake in microwave
Ingredients :
Makes 1 serving
1 egg with pinch of salt
1 tbp ground flaxseed
2 tbp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4tsp baking powder
1 or 2 sachet stevia
1 tbp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
U can add 1 tbp semi sweet chocolate chips to make it more rich and chocolaty.
It takes 1 minute or max 1 and 1/2 minute depend on your microwave
Serve with whipped cream , fruits or ice cream
