Funny how startups happen. A riverside beekeeping pilot led to learning about eels from an old Japanese farmer… to me actually catching 2 massive eels, and how giving one to my organic framer Senpai (mentor) and friend is encouraging me to launch to a part-time eel fishing startup for a high end 5 star hotel “Vinere” in famous Awara Onsen Japan… here is how it all began… with an eel being caught at my riverside bee sanctuary.
