Ingredients

1 cup fresh low fat curds (dahi), whisked
1 tbsp fresh cream
1 tbsp low fat milk (99.9% fat-free, readily available in the market)
1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
1/2 cup grapes, halved
1 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup chopped banana
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
Method
Combine the curds, cream, milk, mustard powder, cumin seeds powder, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
Add the grapes, apples, banana and cucumber and toss well.
Serve chilled.
