Proyo Recipe:
235g greek yogurt (any kind works)
7g sugar free/fat free pudding mix mixed with a little water
Stevia or sweetener of choice
TOPPINGS:)
Cream of Rice Recipe
75g (or however much you want) cream of rice–cook as per directions on the box
65g egg whites-cook for 1 min, stirring halfway through
15-20g protein powder mixed with water (I use @pescience snickerdoodle)
Cook for another 45sec-1min
Add water as needed
I also add cinnamon, stevia, and a little vanilla extract
Toppings (optional):
Coconut oil
Nut butter
Fruit
Chocolate chips
Honey or Syrup
Cashew/almond milk
Flavored coffee creamer (i might be the only one who does this one lol)
Chia seeds
