GIN, LEMON LIME OR CALAMANSI LAMBANOG

Ingredients:
* 2 oz gin or coco vodka
* 1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
* 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice or calamnsi juice
* dash of creme de violette
* flamed lemon peel for garnish
Preparation:
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a flamed lemon peel.
Ramos Fizz
* 1 1/2 oz gin
* 1/2 oz lime juice
* 1/2 oz lemon juice
* 1/2 oz powdered sugar
* 1/4 oz cream
* 1 egg white
* 3-4 dashes fleurs d’orange (orange flower water)
* 1/4 oz club soda
Preparation:
1. Place all of the ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Shake vigorously (more than normal to ensure the egg and cream are well mixed).
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
4. Top with club soda.
Gimlet
* 2 oz gin
* 1 3/4 oz Rose’s lime juice
Preparation:
1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
