Sweet Potatoes are my favorite and they are about to be yours too because they are the star of this beta carotene smoothie that I am about to show you.
Hey guys, welcome back to the Sun Pyramid test kitchen. I am Jillie and I am here with this wonderful sweet potato, which is an amazing food; full of fiber and full of beta carotene. It’s full of nutrients, it is great for your body. It is great for a meal; it is also great for this smoothie. We’re gonna throw it in with some of the Raw Vegan Superfood Protein powder. You can get that on our website, www.sunpyramid.com. And we’re also gonna throw in some soy milk, and ALSO some pumpkin pie spice. So, you’re getting a nice little spicy kick, as well.
Ingredients:
¾ cup of soy milk
½ of a frozen Banana
½ of an apple (peeled and cored)
1 medium sweet potato (peeled, steamed and cooled)
1 Scoop of Sun Pyramid’s Super Food Protein powder and of course,
A dash of pumpkin pie spice.
If you wanna add an extra boost to your smoothies, you can always use organic wheatgrass, the chia seeds, or the hemp seeds. All part of the Sun Pyramid’s starter kit.
