Green Pumpkin curry is completely vegetarian recipe . Kumror chokka is a most common recipe of pumpkin in Bengal . This dish is little bit of sweet dish . It Goes well with Luchi and Parthas (Indian fried bread) .

Ingredients :-

Pumpkin – 150 gms (Cut into blocks)
Potatoes – 1 (Cut into blocks)
Parwal – 4 pie (1 pie cut in 4 pie)
Dumstick – 1 pie (Cut into 2 – 3 inch)
Tomato – 1 small pie (Finely chopped)
Chick Peas – 20 gms (soaked and in water)
White oil – 2 tbsp.
Panch phoron – 1 tsp
Bay leaves – 2 pie
Dried Red Chilly – 1 pie
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
Sugar to taste
Green chilli – 2 pie
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp.
