Green Smoothie – coconut milk and Kitchen Aid
I love smoothies and this is probably the 200th I’ve made. My core ingredient these days is Coconut Milk. Make sure it’s unsweetened. Add banana, spinach, almond milk, cherry concentrate, mollasses, some fruits (especially strawberry, I am also using a kiwi), and I add some greens powder, brewer’s yeast, and bee pollen. It’s so delicious. And so glad my Kitchen Aid blender has been my workhorse for these past 5 months.
