Green tea actually has a lot of health benefits it’s been used for thousands of years primarily in Asia initially, now spread throughout the world and there are literally millions and millions of people who drink green tea.

Green tea helps to avoid bloating and promote digestion. It is a very powerful diuretic that helps avoid bloating and water retention. So if you are to drink green tea on a daily basis you will notice that you visit the toilet more often to get rid of excess water and toxins from your body, which actually helps towards a flat belly.

Never drink green tea when you’re hungry, it could cause a lot of problems. This is due to the fact the green tea aids in digestion, if you drink green tea when your to hungry it can make you really nasty and sometimes even sick.

Green tea as a lot of people know is packed full of antioxidants and egcg catakins which many studies have proven can improve your general health and reduce your risk of disease. Green tea can help fight cancer, detoxify the body, helps control cholesterol, helps to burn fat, moisturize your skin, fight aging as well as being great for the immune system.

Another reason to drink green tea is that it contains an amino acid known as theanine which helps are bodies with both relaxation and focus, after many positive experiences I have to agree with this. I drink my green tea every morning either before or with my breakfast, and it really helps to keep me calm and focused right from the start of the day.

Now a lot of people put a tea bag in a bottle of water and they keep drinking it throughout the whole day, never do that okay. When you put tea in water you finish in one hour. After this time all the good stuff is gone if you keep it for 3 or for 4 hours it may become toxic, so make sure to always drink you green tea fresh.
