This video is about how I grow wheatgrass and barley grass. It’s not hard to do and are just a few tricks to make it grow better, thicker and stronger. Once you learn how to do this you can easily grow as much barley grass or wheatgrass as you need. You should also watch some of my other videos on juicing wheatgrass and barley grass.

These grasses are literally complete foods full of all kinds of nutrients. They are also loaded with chlorophyll which has been proven in medical testing to kill all sorts of cancers. Being that they are such high nutrient foods, both wheatgrass and barley grass, will increase your metabolism and leave you feeling fuller, with more energy and they will also increase your health at the same time.

I have been using (juicing) both wheatgrass and barley grass for the past four months and I have lost between 15 and 16 pounds and it stays off without any added exercise or change to my diet! That’s pretty amazing. It simply due to the fact that I’m putting extremely high nutrition content food in my body and I’m not feeling the need to always snack as I’m no longer hungry all the time.
