The purpose of this simple experiment is to test the Antioxidant properties of some common Grape Seed Extract supplements.
Iodine Solution is a strong Oxidizing Agent and Grape Seed Extract is a powerful Antioxidant. By mixing Iodine and the Grape Seed extract together, we want to compare the potency/quality to see if it will effectively “Neutralize” each other.
