Almonds 2 Cups (Contains Protein, Magnesium, VitaminE)
Oats 1 Cup (Contains Fiber, Magnesium, Zinc)
Pitted Dates
Cranberries
Ground Cinnamon – quater table spoon
Salt – As per your taste. You can avoid if you want it to be sweet
Vanilla Extract- 1 table spoon
