Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe | Fall Recipes| Vegan
I’ve been experimenting with pumpkin and fall flavours and this is what I came up with! A deliciously creamy dessert in a smoothie:) I hope you enjoy this amazing Spiced Pumpkin smoothie as much as I do.
What You’ll Need:
- 1/4 cup puree pumpkin (I used canned)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 medjool dates (if using dry dates pre soak in water for a couple of hours)
- 1 tbsp. ground flax seed
- 1 frozen banana chopped
