Hey guys. sorry for the late upload i’ve been so busy this past weekend as i was preparing myself to go back to school. I promise i will be at least uploading 1 video a week for you guys to watch, even if its just a short little vlog, I hope you guys enjoyed this recipe video i made and really hope you try it out. everyone in my family seems to love these cookies and my friends as well. There very healthy and perfect to pack in your school/work lunch bag and etc…

Ingredients

1 Cup of Unsalted Butter (softened)
1 Cup of Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup granulated white sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 Cups of Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
2 Cups of ocean spray cranberries or 1 cup of cranberries and 1 cup of dark chocolate chips

Directions
preheat oven to 350 F, beat butter and add sugars until fluffy, add in egg and vanilla extract until incorperated, whisk together flour and baking soda, mix into butter mixture until just combined. Stir in rolled oats, quinoa and dried cranberries and or chocolate chips. Place on cookie sheet flatten out 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are brown. Take out of oven let set and cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!!!!!
