Corn flakes granola
Ingredients-
* Rolled oats – 3 cups
* Whole wheat corn flakes – 1 cup ( you can use puffed rice as well )
* Honey – 1/3 cup
* Vanilla essence or powder – 1 teaspoon
* Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
* Coconut sugar or brown sugar – 1/4 cup

* Mix all things well and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degree centigrade in a preheated oven. Once cooled store in an airtight container for up to 15 days at room temperature and in fridge for a month.

Sweet patato bhujia –
Shakarkhandi Ki bhujia –
Ingredients-
* Onion – 1 medium – chopped
* Oil – 1 tablespoons
* Sweet potatoes / – cut in cubed – 2 cups
* Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
* Red chilli flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
* Chat Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
* Tomatoes – 2 medium- chopped
* Green chillies – 1-3 – chopped
* Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
* Capsicum – 1/2 cup – chopped
* Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
* Black pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon
* Cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon
* Garam masala powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Strawberry ice cream / popsicles
Ingredients-
* Strawberries- 2 cups – chopped – frozen or fresh
* Curd – 1 cup – heaped
* Vanilla powder or essence- 1/2 teaspoon
* Honey- 3 to 4 tablespoons

* Blend all things and freeze in an airtight container for 12 hours or make popsicles.

Red kidney bean salad in a jar –
Ingredients-
For Dressing- ( makes 1 cup of dressing )
* Olive oil – 1/4 cup
* Honey – 1/2 cup
* Lemon juice – 1/4 cup
* Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
* Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all things and keep in a fridge for later use.

Salad mix –
Ingredients-
* Lettuce – 4 cups – chopped
* Red kidney beans – 2 cups
* Cucumber – 2 cups – cubes cut
* Yellow capsicum – 2 cups – cubed cut
* Parsley – 1/2 cup – chopped
* Pumpkin seeds – 1/4 cup

Steamy chicken bites
Ingredients-
* Boneless chicken – 1/2 kg
* Red chilli flakes – 1 tablespoons ( as per taste )
* Salt – 1 teaspoon ( as per taste )
* Garam masala powder – 1/ 2 teaspoon
* Cumin powder – 1/ 2 teaspoon
* Apple cider vinegar- 2 tablespoon
* Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
* Parsley – 1/2 cup
* Tomato ketchup- 3 tablespoons
* Onions – 2 medium – shredded drain the excess water from it
* Aluminium foil – 8 packs cut into rectangular shape. ( shown in the video )
