A healthy substitute for normal dressings….

Recipe:

Ingredients:
For dressing – Sunflower seeds roasted (1 cup), garlic (2 cloves), salt (1 teaspoon), lemon juice (2 teaspoons), black pepper (1 teaspoon), Crushed red pepper (1 teaspoon), Milk (1 cup).

For garnish – Italian Herbs (1 teaspoon), Crushed red pepper(1 teaspoon).
Procedure:

1. Blend all the dressing ingredients together until it becomes a smooth thick paste.
2. Adjust consistency by adding milk (Preferably plant milk if you are a vegan). Adjust salt.
3. Add the garnish ingredients, mix well and serve with salads or even as a dip!
