This is our special Thanksgiving episode of Transform Your Kitchen with a traditional classic–turkey! This herbed turkey breast recipe is full of flavor and easy to make. It’s packed full of lean protein and gluten-free. Share it with your family & friends this holiday season.
Ingredients:
2 large turkey breasts
1/4 c. grapeseed oil
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sage
1/8 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. Bragg’s liquid aminos
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
2. Place turkey in a roasting pan and baste with herb mixture.
3. Bake seasoned turkey, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 40 minutes (boneless) up to an hour (with bone).
