Season 5, Episode 6. Whether you like your hot wings hot and spicy or sweet and tangy or somewhere in between, one of these wing sauces will hit the spot. Take your pick from sweet and mild teriyaki bbq to tangy cranberry hotwing to traditional buffalo wings to hot mustard bbq wings. Enjoy these wings with a bbq rub or plain. Also included is an easy blue cheese dressing.

Hot Wings
Teriyaki BBQ Sauce
1 cup white sugar
½ cup each sherry & soy sauce
6 tablespoons ketchup
4 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons vinegar
4 tablespoons chili garlic paste
1 tsp each ground ginger & dry mustard

Hot Mustard BBQ
1 cup yellow prepared mustard
½ cup cider vinegar
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon each Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice & molasses
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Cranberry Hot Wing
2-11½ ounce cans cranberry juice concentrate
1⅓ cups yellow prepared mustard
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup Crystal Hot Sauce (or your favorite brand)
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Buffalo Wing Sauce
12 ounces Crystal Hot Sauce
8 tablespoons butter (1 stick, ½ cup, 113 grams)
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

4 cups brown sugar
2 cups paprika
½ cup of each of the following:
kosher salt, white sugar, ground coriander,
ground mustard, dark chili powder,
ground cumin, granulated garlic,
celery seeds, ground black pepper, Accent
¼ cup each of ground cayenne and
crushed red pepper flakes
