How to Fight Grades of Cellulite
More and more young women are developing cellulite. The reasons women get cellulite are controversial, but the end result is very real. From an aesthetic point of view, cellulite is only now getting the real scientific attention it finally deserves. Doctors have identified two types of cellulite. The first is when you have a “mattress” appearance on your thighs when seated and crossing your legs. This type of cellulite is most common, and occurs at various ages. It’s caused by compression of fat cell chambers under your skin. The second type of cellulite is the “orange peel” appearance that women have while standing up or lying down.
There are four distinct grades of cellulite:
Grade 0 — No visible cellulite
Grade 1 — If you pinch your skin and see a cottage cheese texture
Grade 2 — If cellulite is visible on your legs during standing
Grade 3 — If you see cellulite when you look in the mirror or lie down (the most difficult grade to treat)
To treat the different cellulite grades, don’t bother use machines like vacuum rolling, radio waves, or lasers to break up the fat. They work fairly well, but the results are temporary; you have to use them at least once a month and sometimes every week — forever. At several hundred dollars per month, it’s just not practical. And don’t even think of having surgery. That’s when a blade is inserted under the skin and moved side to side, slicing the fat away from the skin. It’s radical, dangerous, and the results vary too much. Besides, your body will also re-adhere the cut fat layers back to the skin within just a few months. And after all that, the price is a few thousand dollars. Likewise, liposuction for cellulite doesn’t work. In fact, most women complain the procedure actually makes their cellulite worse. Another no-no is having fat injected into the depressions or dimples in your skin. This will not always even out the texture, and a doctor’s results vary a lot. Worse, you run the risk that injected fat cells will migrate onto the bumps, making the problem look far worse.
Many dermatologists recommend that fat cell reducing creams can work quite well, with no downside. Fat cell reducing creams that specifically contain synephrine and caffeine work best. They make fat cells shrink quickly and more thoroughly. The fat cell reducing cream called Reductinol has four times the highest concentrations of these ingredients than any other formula. This makes Reductinol the most potent fat fighter on the market and a great answer to smoothing out cellulite skin.
