How to make a beef goat cheese burger with broccoli
How to make the best healthy beef burger with goat cheese and brroccoli.
Recipe:
Pattys:
250g good-quality beef mince
200g goat cheese
100g bread cubes
50ml milk
1 egg
1 onion
2 garlic
1 fresh chilli pepper
spices (paprika powder, curry powder, curcuma
1 tbsp salt
5 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce:
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp mayo
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
Burger bans (i used wholemeal buns)
fresh tomatoes
fresh broccoli
Directions:
Put the beef mince, bread cubes, milk, egg into a bowl.
Cut the onion and garlic into small peaces and fry both with some oil in a pan.
Add the onion, garlic, spices, salt and small cutted chilli pepper to the other ingredients. Mix it up.
Cut the goat cheese into 2-3cm cubes.
Gently shape (don’t firmly press) mixture into burgers about ¾ inch thick and put some goat cheese in the center.
Place burgers on the hot pan (turning once, about 6 – 8 minutes)
Tuck into a warm crusty bun and add the burger sauce (mix all ingredients), put sliced tomatoes on it and shortly cooked broccoli slices.
Last but not least, put a patty onto the burger.
Enjoy and eat until its hot!
