Saw Palmetto Tincture

You will need..
Dried saw palmetto berries (you can purchase from mountainrosehebs.com
Vodka

Fill a jar half full of dried saw palmetto berries
cover the berries and fill the jar with vodka
store in a cool dark place for 2-3 months
shake jar every day for the first 2 weeks.

Strain and store in a dark jar.

For men over 40 for prostate health, take 1TBS per day.
