Ingredients

2 russet potatoes (chopped in 1 inch pieces)
2 small red potatoes (chopped in 1 inch pieces)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
rib-eye Steak
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 onions chopped
½ of a green bell peppers chopped
½ of a yellow chopped
½ of a orange chopped
4 eggs

Directions

Gather ingredients
Boil potatoes till tender
While potatoes start to boil add oil to pan and start cooking steak
5 minutes on one side add seasoning then 2 minutes on other side
Once steak is done set aside leave the liquids from steak in pot
Now add onions and peppers and saute
Add salt and pepper
Now add finished potatoes
Add more salt and pepper if needed
Make four holes for eggs
Then crack eggs into hole
Cover with lid for 7 mins
Then add steak
All done!
