INGREDIENTS:
DATA
POTATO CUTTING IN CUBE SIZE
POSTO
GREEN CHILLY
TURMERIC POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
MUSTARD OIL
WATER AS REQUIRED

APPLY:

posto and green chilly water paste together properly … then after take a kadrai given mustard oil when that oil become hot then give that potao and data give in together for frying in properly then after give posto paste, salt to taste and turmeric powder in that kadrai and stir well properly and give some water give in that kadrai for boiling then give a lid over kadrai when that gravy is more dry and aloo and data also boiling then that dish ready for serve with hot rice
