Red meat is good for you! IF you are eating grass-fed beef or bison. This recipe is delicious-and good for you! Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up burgers and ice cream–you just have to substitute healthy ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 lb grass-fed bison
1 tsp. Bragg’s liquid amino acids
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. coconut oil

Directions:
1. Heat coconut oil on pan on medium-high heat.
2. Season ground bison with all ingredients.
3. Form quarter pound bison patties and cook on medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
4. Serve atop Ezekiel bread with lettuce, tomatoes, vegenaise, stone ground mustard, and enjoy!
