Transform your health with food! In Transform Your Kitchen, Dr. Josh Axe walks you through healthy and delicious recipes from his own kitchen. This week’s episode is Chicken Bryan, an amazing Italian dish with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and goat cheese.

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1-2 lbs organic, free range chicken breasts
4 garlic cloves, minced
2-3 Tbsp organic butter or ghee
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sundried tomatoes
1 c. mushrooms
1-2 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp dried basil
1/3 c. grass-fed goat cheese

Directions:
Cook 2 Tbsp grapeseed oil on medium heat.
Lightly cook the chicken breasts in the grapeseed oil on medium heat for about eight minutes.
After 8 minutes, flip the chicken breasts and sprinkle on minced garlic.
Add lemon butter sauce onto the chicken breasts by adding the butter and lemon juice.
Allow chicken to cook for five more minutes with seasonings.
Add sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, basil, and sea salt to the chicken breasts.
Move ingredients around with spatula and allow to cook for about two more minutes.
Add in 1/3 c grass-fed goat cheese.
Mix ingredients together with spatula.
Cover with pan, allow all ingredients to cook together for additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve finished chicken on plate and top with the vegetable and sauce mixture.
