- 1 1/2 cups of dried pumpkin seeds (in-shell)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 or 3 Tbsp curry powder
- 2 tsp sea salt
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until the seeds are well coated. Bake in your oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes or until the seeds are crispy. Place the seeds in a bowl and let cool. Enjoy this delicious and healthy snack!
