Perfect on a hot summer day! In this episode Dr. Josh Axe walks you through how to make this refreshing cucumber salsa–and the many health benefits it offers. Did you know tomatoes can help reduce sunburn and cucumbers are good for acne and sunspots?

Ingredients:
3 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded; chopped, quartered
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & chopped
1 c. green, red & yellow peppers, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small Vidalia onion, chopped
1 tsp. fresh parsley, minced
2 tsp. fresh cilantro, minced
½ tsp. dill
1 tsp. sea salt
4 Tbsp. lime juice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, serve, and enjoy!
