Perfect for those warmer months, this mouthwatering burger recipe will turn any evening dinner into a smash hit. Grilling your high-protein foods and vegetables is efficient and so delicious!
Ingredients:
3/4 lb. grassfed beef
1/4 c. organic veggies such as yellow onion, green onion, zucchini, yellow squash, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley
sea salt and black pepper to taste
goat’s milk cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Saute veggies over medium heat until tender (8-10 mins).
2. Combine veggies with beef and parsley in a bowl.
3. Form into 4 patties and grill until done.
4. Serve and enjoy!
