How To Make Infused Spiced Pumpkin Oil

For One Jar:
1 cup pumpkin peels
1 cinnamon stick
3 to 4 cloves
2 cardamom pods
24 ounces vegetable or olive oil

Place in airtight container or jar, let sit for a minimum 2 to 3 months. I like to leave it for 6 to 10 months. The longer it sits the stronger the flavor. The same can be made for infused vinegar just replace the oil with white or rice wine vinegar. I hope you Enjoy!
