TURMERIC POWDER

WATER AS REQURIED
SALT AND SUGAR TO TASTE

APPLY:
TAKE A KADRAI AND GIVE OIL WHEN THAT OIL BECOME HOT THEN GIVE SILITED GREEN CHILLY AND METHI PATA PUT IN TO THE KADRAI AND FRY WELL PROPERLY THEN GIVE ALOO , PEAS SEEM GIVE IN THAT KADRAI AND STIR WELL PROPERLY THEN GIVE TURMERIC POWDER ,SALT AND SUGAR TO TASTE AND WATER AS REQUIRED THEN GIVE COVER FOR ALL VEGETABLE BOILING PROPERLY… THEN AFTER TAKE FEW MINUTES REMOVE FROM COVER WHEN THAT WATER DRY THEN THAT DISH IS READY FOR SERVE … WITH HOT RICE
