Ingredients:
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
8-10 curry leaves
50 gms pumpkin
1/2 chopped potato
1 chopped drumstick
2-3 chopped small eggplant
1 chopped carrot
4 tbsp tamarind chutney
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
2-3 tbsp sambar powder
5-7 tbsp cooked split pigeon peas
water
coriander
salt as per taste
