Ingredients:
1-2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil for cooking
1 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. grass fed ground beef
1 tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. organic BBQ sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
2. Saute onions until translucent (2-3 min) add and mix ground meat and cook until brown (about 4-5 min).
3. Add tomato sauce, BBQ sauce sea salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins.
4. Serve on sprouted grain or grainless bread/buns or on a bed of greens.
