It’s Fall Yall! | KETO/LOW CARB PUMPKIN SPICE FAT BOMBS
To those who do keto, you know there are those days that you struggle to get enough fat in, and that’s where fat bombs come in handy! A small little treat that packs a punch in your fat macros for the day! I hope you enjoy this recipe!
Pumpkin Spice Fat bombs (made 29 servings)
-12 TBSP coconut oil
- 4 TBSP butter
-125g of pure pumpkin (1/2 cup)
- 2 tsp of stevia
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 cup crushed pecans
1) Melt butter and oil together and mix with a fork.
2) Add in Pumpkin and mix until smooth.
3) Add in your sweeteners and spices.
4) Pour into mold and freeze.
5) Enjoy!
