I am still learning about the benefits of rice milk but here are some of its intrinsic benefits:
1. Contains, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals
2. It’s a starch: helps to soften and smoothen hair, making it manageable
3. Adds lustre, gives body and strengthens the cells in the hair follicles
4. Conditions and said to reduce frizz
5. Used to massage into hair and steam
6. Used to treat chemically treated, dry and damaged hair.
7. Good for dandruff and keeps scalp healthy

( I think this is applicable to milk in general(goat, cow, camel etc.)
