2. Salt – as per taste
3. Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
4. Bay Leaf – 2
5. Fenugreek Seeds (crushed) – 1 tsp
6. Sugar – 1 tbsp
7. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
8. Big Cardamom – 2
9. Small Cardamom – 2
10. Oil – 2 tbsp
11. Cinnamon – 2 small pieces
12. Saaboot Jeera – 1 tsp
13. Black Pepper – 8 to 10
14. Cloves – 4
15. Saaboot Dhaniya – 1 tsp
16. Dhaniya Powder – 1 tbsp
17. Aamchoor Powder – 1 tsp
18. Green Coriander – 1/2 cup
19. Whole Red Chillies 2
