I knew you could make tea out of wild clover tea, so I had a go this afternoon and picked up a few flowerheads. Most recipes said to use dried flower heads, but I went and did it fresh and this is the result.

The taste and aroma of the tea is ‘rather like strong hay’., rather ‘meadowy’. It also had a slightly honey aroma. I would recommend taking it with honey and/or sugar, with a fresh clover as a decoration like the video. I preferred with a little sugar, fairly sweet n syrupy,
