Dose:
Take only 1 tablet after breakfast and a maximum of 2 tablets per day. Drink 3 liters of water or herbal tea per day whenever possible. Don’t drink juices, soft drinks or smoothies. Avoid all liquids with sugar, also avoid eating evening meals with lots of meat and stick with smaller portions based on vegetables, salades, fresh fish, eggs and red fruits such as berries. Do not eat anything fried while taking this product.
