Low Carb Chocolate Cocoa Coconut Bites – Sugar-Free Dessert Recipe – Keto Chocolate Recipe
RECIPE (makes 30 “bites” – 1.2g net carbs each)
Cream together:
16 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 cup Swerve sweetener (or your favorite)
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Add:
3/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup oat fiber (link below)
1 teaspoon xantham gum (optional)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Using a spoon or measuring scoop, portion 30 “bites” onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator. They taste even better the next day, and are GREAT with morning coffee!
