Snow Faerie Pudding:

1 -14 oz. can organic coconut milk (full fat)
2 rounded teaspoons agar agar powder
1/2 C warm water
2 teaspoons tapioca flour
3/4 C coconut sugar
2 teaspoons stevia
Zest of two lemons
Lemon essential oil
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Shredded unsweetened coconut
1 ripe organic pear
Splash of almond/coconut/cashew milk
