Unlike the breakfast bowl Buzzfeed video, these are great for weight loss and post workout. Frozen mango gives this one a fresh tropical vibe. High in protein, yet no dairy and no yogurt in this one. Want to know how to make this recipe even healthier…add 1 cup of raw green spinach. These are great fruit smoothies for weight loss. If you are on a paleo diet, simply use beef or egg protein powder. If vegan, use rice or pea protein powder. Here’s a list of all of the ingredients in this breakfast bowl:
1 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
1 Tbsp Fresh Turmeric
1 Scoop Protein Powder
5 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
6-8 Ice Cubes
