Ingredients:

4 pork chops
1 tsp five-spice powder
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce,
4 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp cider vinegar
thumb-sized piece ginger, grated
1 garlic clove, crushed

1 bunch tenderstem broccoli
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 red chili
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
juice of 1/2 lime

Step 1: Make The Marinade

Mix together the brown sugar, the chopped garlic and ginger, five spic, hoisin sauce, vinegar and 2 tbsp of soy sauce with the pork chops, cover it and chill for a couple of hours.

Step 2: Cook The Chops
Remove the chops from the fridge and fry in a little olive oil for 4-5 minutes until cooked through, turning halfway through. Remove the cooked chops from the pan, then reduce down the remaining marinade for a sauce.

Step 3: Prepare The Broccoli

Steam the broccoli for 3-4 minutes until cooked, then dress with sesame oil, olive oil, lime juice, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 1/2 tsp ginger and half a fresh chilli.

Step 4: Serve

Serve the chops with rice, the remaining sauce and the broccoli topped with the dressing.
