Have You Ever Had A Cranberry Sauce Muffin? If Not, Have We Ever Got The Recipe For You! :)

Ingredients You Need

2 Cups White Flour
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch Of Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Homemade Cranberry Sauce (The Link For Our Recipe Will Be Below)
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Lemon (Juiced)

In a large bowl whisk all dry ingredients. In another bowl mix together all the wet ingredients. Now fold the wet ingredients in with the dry and fold until everything is very well combined. Be sure NOT to over mix the batter.

Bake in a Preheated Oven on 400 Degrees for 15 – 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a mini muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the Oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Remove each muffin onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container, if not serving directly.
