MIXED VEGETABLE CHAPATHI BY SANTOSH ALLADA

Mixed vegetable chapathi is a indian bread recipe. Mixed vegetable chapathi is a healthy dish, as it is made from carrot, cabbage, cauliflower and spicies.
INGREDIENTS:
Oil 1-2 tbs
Green chillies 1 tbs
Ginger(crush) 1 tsp
Cauliflower(grated) 1 tbs
Cabbage(grated) 1 tbs
Carrot(grated) 1 tbs
Salt To taste
Red chilly powder ½ tsp
Dry spicy powder ¼ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Coriander leaves(chopped) 1 tbs
Mint leaves(chopped) ½ tbs
wheat flour 1 cup
METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies, ginger, cauliflower, cabbage, carrot, salt, red chilly powder, dry spicy powder, coriander powder, and saute it.
2. Switch of the flame, add coriander leaves, mint leaves and transfer it into a plate.
3. Add wheat flour, little oil, water and make chapathi dough.
4. Divide dough into small portion and roll chapathi.
5. Heat the tawa and cook chapathi on both side with little oil.
6. Now mixed vegetable chapathi is ready to serve with any curry or raitha.
