Ingredient : 1 chopped ( onion+ garlic+tomato), 4 chopped green chilli, (1/4th sweet pumpkin, ৪টা কচুর ছড়া/4 colocasia esculentas, 2 potatoes) cubely cutted, 4 ঢেড়স/ ladies fingers sliced, 1teaspoonful turmeric powder & salt to taste. PROCESS :heat 1tablespoon of oil then add 1/4th teaspoonful black cumin seeds & chopped garlic, when it’ll become brownish then all other ingredients simultaneously & wait for 5 min. until it fried.now add 500 ml water & wait until it cooked or boiled. It serves with plane rice or rooti(bread).So healthy & delicious…. ♥♥♥♥
