MJ’s Blueberry pancakes
This mixture makes 8-10 pancakes
Dry ingredients:
2 cups of plain flour
half a cup of white sugar
1tsp baking powder
pinch of fine salt
Wet ingredients:
4 heap tsp of egg replacer with 4 tbsp soya milk,
1tsp vanilla extract
half a cup of vegetable oil
1 and a half cups of soya milk
70g blueberries
Extras:
Blueberries and Strawberries or bananas
Maple syrup
If you want it to be gluten free just replace 2 things:
2 cups of gluten free flour
1tsp of gluten free baking powder.
It works too.
