Mom’s Homemade Beef Vegetable Soup
A recipe handed down by my Mom that I have altered to make my own.
Recipe: (But make it your own with foods you like)
2 lbs Stew Meat or Ground Beef
1 28oz Can Diced Tomatoes
1 15oz Can Tomato Sauce
1 28oz Can of Veg-All or package of Frozen Vegetable mix
1 15oz Can of Whole Kernel Corn
5 Medium Potatoes peeled and diced
1 Large Onion diced
Onion Powder to taste (start with 1 Tbs)
Garlic Powder to taste (start with 1 Tbs)
2 to 3 Tbs of Fajita seasoning or to taste
3 Tbs of Knorrs Chicken Bullion Powder (Caldo de Sabor Pollo)
You can substitute Chicken Bullion cubes or Chicken Stock but you might have to add salt to the recipe.

Brown meat then drain grease, put back in boiler and continue browning. Once Brown add tomato sauce and brown it to darken the flavor, then add all wet ingredients and vegetables and season with seasonings above or those of your choosing. Add enough water to cover all vegetables/potatoes and simmer until meat and potatoes are tender to your liking.
