Ginkgo biloba are much more resilient and fertile than I thought (ignorant !).

I was astonished by vid “Female Ginko Tree and her seedlings” by jazz61021 and wondered whether the female Gingko trees in one street of my neighbourhood would also produce seedlings without any help from a gardner.

And yes it is possible, even in hostile environment : few space, poor earth, no planting of seeds, no extraction of the nut from the fleshy part, dog poop and dog urine – probably – , herbicide, street washing, …
