Ingredients:

300g oats
120g liquid sweetener
60g coconut oil
40g almonds
40g cashew nuts
50g dried mango
50g dried fig
30g goji berry
30g toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp matcha powder

Instructions:

1. put all the ingredients except for dried fruits together.
2. bake at 350F/180C for 30 minutes.
3. mix with dried fruits.

「作り方」

１、ドライフルーツ以外の全ての材料を混ぜ合わせます。
２、１８０℃のオーブンで２０〜３０分ほど焼きます。
３、冷めたらドライフルーツを加えます。
