Whoa whoa whoa… Back the f*ck up because it’s about to get all ragey. Hemo Ragey. In this video review we have Hemo Rage Black, a pre work out from Nutrex. The flavour is Malicious Melon which is pleasantly ok.

Overall – 5/10

Hemo Rage is not a bad product. No side effects which I would normally associate with a product containing Yohimbine HCL (other than I was sweating like f*ck). I would probably use it again, Nutrex has turned out an ok product here… if only they could make it mix better so it was less flockish and grainy then they would have a solid 7+ product.

Home Physique is an ongoing project started by me to show my transformation from a chubby couch potato into a competing amateur body builder. My site is dedicated to motivating and inspiring others to achieve their goals and offers free advice, tips and information on exercises, routines and nutrition guides along with supplement and equipment reviews.

I started out at 230lbs on January 1st 2011 and currently I am down at 180lbs. My goal is to get into single digit body fat % and compete in some shows before I hit 30 years of age. I would greatly appreciate it if you join me on my journey; maybe you will learn something new or even teach me!
